Hi all,

I am sorry for the delayed email this month. My family all came down with a nasty flu and I was doing my best to get everyone back in the green zone.

I don't think that we have ever roasted a natural-processed coffee as clean as Rwiri. It was a real pleasure! Quite often with natural processing methods, the acidity profile tends to suffer due to the fermentation that happens. With Rwiri though, they have managed to really nail this process down and the coffee is so damn fruity! It is one of those coffees you can smell from a mile away while it is brewing.

While this is a new coffee to us, we have every intention of buying this coffee every year. It was a delight to roast and also a delight to brew at the bar. It turned many heads and satisfied so many tastebuds.

I roasted one of the last batches for you all in the subscription as I wanted to share the coffee this year and hope to share it with you again in the future. I trust you found it as delightful as we did, while it graced us with its presence.
