This is a new coffee that we sourced with our friends at Trabocca. Their 20-year-long relationship with their partner,Ā Testi, helps them find great coffees. We have worked directly in the lot selection for Gora Kone. Trabocca gets some of the best access for first picks and offers from Testi's washing stations.
Gora KoneĀ collects coffeeĀ cherries from roughly 800 small-holder farmers in the NenseboĀ area. The region has great altitude for growing coffees andĀ is a mix of local landrace varietals. The coffee was wash-processed and displayed the typical red berry, Sidamo profile.
