Classically, the peaberry screen size is seen as a lower grade of coffee and priced accordingly, we however find the peaberries have a more pronounce sweetness and body. We don't see it as a lower grade but instead find the cup profile to be on par (quality wise) with any other screen size, just with a different taste profile. In the case of Gaikundo, it cupped with a nicer taste profile than the other screen sizes and was a favourite with us during the purchasing process.
