Santa Barbara is an idealic micro-producer region for coffee. There are many single producers that produce coffee in small micro-lots for the purpose of being connected with quality focused roasters. Many of these roasters and producers have been working together for numerous years.
Yosedis is a new producer to our line up and we hope their coffee, along with our other producers, can showcase the quality and diversity of flavour coming out of Honduras.
