Our next Naturalcoffee for the season has arrived. The team at Melbourne Coffee Merchants (importer) form the foundations for great ongoing relationships on the ground and we are excited to partner with them once again. This time with a natural processed coffee from our beloved Aroresa washing station owned by Wochesa Achiso. The cherries are laid in thin layers and left to slowly dry on raised African beds. Wochesa implements quality incentives that improve cup quality, but more importantly premiums for farmers.

In: 20 grams dry dose
Out: 60 grams beverage weight output
Time: Contact time of 26+ seconds
Filter Recipe: 1:17 ratio
In: 20 grams dry coffee
Out: 330 grams brewing water
Time: 2:45-3:00 minutes
