The Aricha washing station produces some stunning lots year after year. Aricha is no stranger to Made of Many as this coffee is a returning washing station, that is why the artwork my look familiar. This coffee has a classic flavour profile of the Yirgacheffe region but with more tropical fruit intensity. It is grown at altitude with great biodiversity, this, along with long wet fermentation times, makes a complex and flavour coffee experience. The coffees from Ethiopia are known to have great product stability due to the slow drying process on raised beds.
