This is our first time working with this exporter and importer, Ally. This is part of our quest to find new, like-minded producers. Julio is just that and more. He is a very driven and quality-focused producer, honing in on coffees that are unique and rare while working with them a way as to not let his processing take over the flavour profile.
This is a lovely Pink Bourbon lot. A new challenge for us to roast, just the journey we like to embark on. We are finding it so rewarding to apply our roasting philosophies toward different varietals. We look forward to seeing how much we can get from this coffee, it has so much to offer!
