This coffee is profiled so that it is harmonious with milk. We have a slightly longer brewing ratio than other coffee roasters as we roast our coffees lighter. We suggest a longer than usual contact time also. We believe it makes for a more complete flavour experience and the lighter coffee pays respect to the hard work that makes a coffee distinct and true to its origin.
Starting point guideline:
Espresso Recipe: 1:2.5 ratio
In: 20 grams dry dose
Out: 50 grams beverage weight output
Time: Contact time of 35+ seconds
