A BIG, classic Kenyan coffee!
We have seen Kii offered by some of the best roasters worldwide. This is the fourth year for us to offer it and the quality was outstanding. We are dedicated to buying from the Kii co-operative, each year it is such a treat to share it with others. It is a coffee that is very refined and has slightly higher wet-process characteristics, which leads to a more diverse fruit profile in the cup.

Time: contact time of 26+ seconds
Filter Recipe: 1:16.5 ratio
In: 20 grams dry coffee
Out: 330 grams brewing water
Time: 2:45-3:15 minutes
