It has been a long time since we released a Natural-processed Ethiopian coffee. We, through our friends at Trabocca (importer), have brought in this coffee in very small quantities. It is a pleasure to share it and also to taste the iconic natural profile from Yirgacheffe. Reko is one of the best selections that comes through the Aricha washing station. It is a very clean natural because the cherries are laid in thin layers and left to slowly dry on raised African beds. This keeps good airflow and minimises bad fermentation happening.

Espresso Recipe: 1:3 ratio

In: 20 grams dry dose
Out:  60 grams beverage weight output
Time: Contact time of 26+ seconds

Filter Recipe: 1:17 ratio 
In: 20 grams dry coffee
Out: 330 grams brewing water
Time: 2:45-3:00 minutes
