Ruther, like many next-generation coffee producers, has been captivated by the ideals of extremely high-grade coffees. His family originally planted trees in an area that was not known as a coffee-growing region. Now he has formed a collection of varieties and is on the road to creating different processing methods to showcase various flavours. It has the iconic delicate, floral Gesha flavour profile that we know and love.

This microlot is 100% Gesha. This varietal was first discovered in Abyssinia, Ethiopia in 1931. Gesha was planted in Panama for the first time in 1963 and in Colombia in 2005.
