You've Got Mail
Over the years, I've written quite a few in-depth emails about coffee. They feel like part musings, part intimate letters, where I take the time to share the things I find interesting and worth exploring. I write them for our paying subscribers first, but after some time, I like to release them into the wild for others to derive something from the ideas I'm trying to share. They're a collection of thoughts and observations that I've built upon over the years, some specific to particular coffees, while others explore the bigger picture of how we navigate sourcing, roasting and offering coffee as a small roastery.
