Finca Los Naranjitos is the result of Alfonso Escobar’s return to a family tradition interrupted by El Salvador’s civil war. Located in the Apaneca Ilamatepec range, the 15-block farm in Concepción de Ataco marks a recovery of heritage. It is a production focused on quality over scale, rooted in volcanic soil and a history of resilience.

At an altitude of 1,350 metres, the farm cultivates varieties including Orange Bourbon, Pacamara, and Geisha. Because water is scarce at this elevation, 85% of the harvest is honey-processed to enhance sweetness and body. The beans are dried on African beds to maintain precise moisture levels, ensuring the profile remains consistent with the region's high-altitude standards.

Operations prioritize a regenerative cycle, using Californian earthworms to compost coffee pulp into organic fertilizer for the trees. Beyond the environmental impact, the farm provides year-round employment for five local families, with additional seasonal support during the harvest. It is a specialized operation where ecological health and community stability are built into the business model.
