Kiangoi is another one of those coffees that we have followed and loved over the years we have been in coffee. I can still remember drinking cups of Kiangoi in my early days as a Barista, dialling in coffees before the sun rose, getting all that Kenyany goodness out and into the cup. It is a remarkable coffee, and has been for some time. I am stoked that we have been able to buy it this year, and hope to roast more of it in the years to come. The AB profile is a little more of an elegant tamed down version of the Kenyan coffee profile. We find it a little less big, a little more subtle and with a mildly lower acidity.
