Yabitu Tume is a village situated in the Uraga District. The high altitude and cooler climate allow cherries to mature slowly, loading the coffee up with sweetness and complexity. It's a great example of the iconic Guji flavor profile — big, juicy stone fruit, balanced acidity, and a classy, clean mouthfeel.

The exporter, Trabocca, works closely with local communities and has a dedicated team in Ethiopia that builds connections and trades coffee with the greatest intent. Trabocca knows Ethiopian coffees better than most, and they really care about the way coffee is traded, working to add value back to Ethiopian farmers. You will find them doing lots of groundwork and involved in many projects to manifest these values in a tangible, real way.
